Motion24 was founded by producer and cinematographer Gates Sweeney in Lexington, Kentucky. He has worked across film sets since 2015, from gaffing network television and running cable at Rupp Arena to directing photography for Semrush. His production experience now spans early scoping and budgets, crew and equipment planning, locations, field production, post and delivery. That range keeps creative decisions tied to what can actually be produced—and keeps the production plan connected to the finished work.
Motion24 supports shoots across Kentucky and takes on regional work when the schedule and scope make sense. Visiting agencies can bring a finished brief. Local organizations can come with a problem, a story or an idea that still needs structure.
Motion24 can handle creative development, pre-production, cinematography, crew and equipment, field production, editing, VFX and delivery. Visiting productions can also book local crew sourcing, rentals and trailer-based on-set support.
