This set of four floppy negative-fill tools is for taking light away rather than adding it. Place the black side near the talent or set to absorb stray bounce, deepen shadow density, and create more directional contrast when a location is naturally too open or reflective. A floppy is especially useful beside windows, on daylight exteriors, and around pale walls that return unwanted fill. Rig each flag securely to an appropriate frame, stand, and grip hardware, then watch the frame edge and its shadow in the shot. Open the floppy extension only when the added coverage is needed; its larger surface also catches more air. Negative fill is a subtle control, so start close to the subject and adjust distance or angle while monitoring the image.
