We Build Kentucky is a company-profile film for Hinkle Contracting, a vertically integrated construction-materials and asphalt-paving business serving central and eastern Kentucky. The story connects Hinkle’s history with the products, infrastructure and people behind its work—from crushed stone, asphalt and ready-mixed concrete to paving, hauling and recycling.
The film moves across quarries, plants, equipment and active project environments to show how a regional network of people and facilities supports work throughout the Commonwealth. Its message balances large-company capability with local employment, vendors and community involvement.
RAPT developed and produced the film through location scouting, field production, voiceover development and post-production. The project required coverage across multiple operational environments, combining large-scale industrial imagery with the details that make materials production and road construction understandable on screen.
Editorial structure and narration connect the company’s history, statewide footprint and range of services into a single brand story built around a clear idea: the infrastructure Kentuckians use every day begins with local materials, crews and long-term investment.
